I'm back with Tracey at the MOTH Club and Union Chapel for more dates in our ongoing London residency, starting in September and running through to December. All eleven dates are sold out, but joining the wait list is recommended for possible returns. We've also been in the studio this summer recording new material which we hope to share with you soon. Honoured to play a role in the amazing new album, Essex Honey, by Blood Orange - aka Dev Hynes - out last week.
One of my earliest songs from 1982 - Slipping Slowly - has been sampled and transformed into something really very beautiful and future-facing. It’s called Scared of It. Hope you love it as much as I do.

Ben Watt and Tracey Thorn at Moth Club
After five instant sell-outs in April and June, I am back with Tracey at the 200-capacity MOTH Club in London for FIVE more intimate shows - two in late summer, three in the autumn. The dates are Sunday Aug 31, Monday Sep 1, and Sunday October 26, Monday October 27 and Tuesday October 28.
Tickets (max 2) on sale at 6pm BST this Thursday 19 June via DICE.
We'll perform again as a part-acoustic part-electronic duo accompanied by Rex Horan (double bass) and Family Stereo’s Blake Watt (guitar, vocals), playing songs from our 40-year careers as both a duo and solo artists. The venue will be mostly seated with some additional standing. Seats are allocated on first-come-first-served basis. Doors 7pm. No support. Stage time 8pm. Two sets with interval. The events are billed as Ben Watt and Tracey Thorn.
